Max’s Es-Cas

“The Beast” acknowledges Max’s Es-Cas as a place to support during ‘NYC Restaurant Week To Go”.

For those not in the know, there is a place on the North Shore of Staten Island serving up traditional Italian fare in an elegant setting called Max’s Es-Cas. This family run restaurant is a local hot spot. As soon as you pass through the doors, there is a bar where you can have a cocktail as you wait for your table. Pre-Covid this was a great spot for people to come and gather after their meal and enjoy the rest of their evening. There was always a great vibe at the bar later at night. Especially when they would have entertainment and music. Max’s Es-Cas is a prime choice if you want to go with family or have a romantic date night with your special someone.

However, that is not the case at the moment due to the Covid restrictions placed on restaurants. It is making it very difficult for great local places like this to thrive. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Nevertheless Max’s Es-Cas is still doing what they do best. Serving up delicious food at a reasonable price. Doing what they can during these trying times for restaurant owners, they offer take-out and delivery. In addition they have a beautiful outdoor garden to enjoy lunch or dinner on days where the weather is bearable. They are located at 1559 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island NY 10304. You can call them at 718 980-5006. Max’s Es-Cas opens at 11:30am Monday through Saturday and at 1:00pm on Sunday. So if you can’t support them at dinner time, you can easily grab some lunch. In addition they offer catering and currently have a Super Bowl menu that is available. If you never had the opportunity to enjoy their food or if you are a regular, there is no better time then the present to feed your inner beast.
